Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 August 2026
1. What this site is
The Guffweavers (guffweavers.com, "the site") is a community website for members of the The Guffweavers Twitch team. It displays member profiles, stream schedules, and links, and offers optional integrations with Twitch and Discord. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Member accounts are created automatically for members of the team's Twitch team roster and are accessed by signing in with Twitch. You must comply with Twitch's Terms of Service to use Twitch sign-in, and with Discord's Terms of Service if you link a Discord account. If you leave the Twitch team, your account and its content may be removed by an administrator.
3. Your content
Members can add content to the site, including profile text, images, links, fonts, and notes on scheduled streams. You keep ownership of what you upload, and you grant the site permission to store and display it as part of your public profile and the team's pages. You're responsible for what you post. Don't upload anything that:
- you don't have the right to use (including copyrighted fonts or images);
- is illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit;
- contains malware, deceptive links, or attempts to compromise the site or its visitors;
- impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation.
Administrators may edit or remove any content, or any account, at their discretion and without notice — this is a community site run by volunteers, not a commercial service with appeal processes.
4. Public visibility
Member profiles, schedules, links, stats you opt into showing, and anything else you place on your profile are publicly visible on the internet without a login. Don't put anything on your profile you wouldn't want public.
5. Third-party services
The site displays data from, and links out to, third-party services including Twitch and Discord, and loads fonts and libraries from third-party CDNs (such as Google Fonts and cdnjs). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which the site doesn't control. Stream schedules and live status come from Twitch's API and may lag or be inaccurate.
6. No warranty
The site is provided "as is", with no guarantees of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. It may change, break, or shut down at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site's operators aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of it.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Source code license
The software that powers this site is All Rights Reserved. It may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used — whether for free or for payment — without prior written permission from the copyright holder. See the LICENSE file for the full terms.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms can be raised with the site's administrators through the team's usual channels (for example, the team's Discord server or Twitch team page).
